I was greeted right away and only waited 10 minutes before called to the back for initial exam. The gentleman who took me back was kind and gentle with my eyes. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was then escorted to another area where I waited 22 minutes- so a bit longer, but my doctor is just the best . He is friendly and very knowledgeable. He doesn't mind answering questions and explains in a way I understand. This was a very good experience for me. Thank you Acuity! Dee
