My home has a custom designed WarmFloors system that’s 24 years old.
Even though I live at the south end of San Jose, I had WCW replace my industrial grade water heater 5.5 years ago, as I always had great experience with their work and service.
They recently did some water heater installation related repairs at no charge, as they considered it part of their warranty.
What else can I say but; “KUDOS to WCW and the great people I had the pleasure to have worked with!”.

Warm Floors is very professional organization, and they are personally congenial as well. They are easy to get a hold of, schedule, and pay. Their folks are technically knowledgeable, and they track you as a repeat customer. They know and understand your system and therefore are able to be efficient in pinpointing issues and resolving them. They are a rare pleasure to do business with.
Our system has worked flawlessly for 12+ years, never any problems. This year we had the system serviced before the start of the heating system. Every step of the way things went smoothly. The service technician, Jay, really knows what he is doing and can explain things so that it is understood by the layman. Absolutely no surprises and I think we are good for another 12 years! This is a first rate employee owned company.
