Why couldn't I touch my dog during treatment. Simple bordetella inhaler. Yes, he's a nervous pup, but it would have been less stressful if I could have helped. Instead he blew his anal glands - what a mess.
We had a great experience with our 2 large breed dogs. I preregistered which I highly recommend! The location within the Pet Food Express is well thought out. The staff administering the vaccinations could not have been nicer and seem to be knowledgeable. They mentioned a known issue with one of our pets, so I believe they are taking the job seriously. It was efficient and well coordinated. We definately will return for future vaccines.
For your basic assembly line production shot factory I thought this went pretty smooth. Obviously for a weekend shot clinic. It was very busy so there were some wait times but it was worked out so you could wait comfortably. Having the records emailed to me in a PDF format was very handy, transferring to the veterinarian.
