I purchased a kit today and when I got home, discovered that the instructions were missing. I didn’t have a receipt due to a technical snafu so I called the store. Manager Stephanie was my angel hero tonight- she found another kit that was damaged out, scanned the instructions, and emailed them over to me. She then called me to make sure I had received them. It is rare that companies step up to this level of service any more. I will be an Ulta customer forever! Thank you, Stephanie, for saving this tired mama’s day. At least my hair will be fresh and rejuvenated now!

I would like to echo my experience that was similar to another reviewer. Eyes were definitely on me and my teen daughter the whole time we shopped and then their attitude changed when I spent hundreds at the counter. I am a tomboy but my daughter is a proud girly girl. I wish this staff would come into the 21st century and realize that people of all colors, all fashions can shop make up. But this IS Napa.

I went Sunday just to browse. I met Annabella who was the associate for It Cosmetics. She was so kind. I asked her where is a good place for brow service. She said "here". She said that the browse service technician was here now and avaliable. I met Carly and she was so awesome and knew exactly what she was doing. I was so grateful to Annabella for suggesting Carly's service. Very impressive. Thank you ladies!
