We had a complicated AC problem with our 34 year old system. George went the distance to get the equipment needed. Other bids were much more costly and made no effort to get the prior generation refrigerant system equipment. Installers were friendly, explained everything.
I called because my AC would start out cold and then get warm. They fit us in the next day. Technician Joe came out and did his magic. Was respectful, wore footies, checked EVERYTHING, and didn't pad the bill. What else can you say about this honest company. Don't call anyone else in Napa.
After two service calls with a different company and a heater still not working right we called Reliable....I wish we called them first! They were fast to respond and their technician polite and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue and had it repaired quickly. And finally after weeks of no heat...it's working perfectly. I highly recommend!! My only regret is not calling them sooner.
