I recently visited Polished and had a mixed experience. While their basic nail services are good, I had issues with their sculpted nails. Unfortunately, the quality of sculpted nails is subpar and I believe this service shouldn't be offered here. Sculpted nails are a very specialized technique and it seems they do not have the expertise to deliver satisfactory results.

Another important thing to note is their policy page, which is quite lengthy. It's crucial to read it thoroughly because there is a 48-hour period to get your nails fixed for free if something goes wrong. This is good to know, but I wish I had been informed about it more clearly.

Was lucky enough to get an appt for a gel manicure and it was one of the best ones i've ever had. the quality of their nail polishes is amazing - odorless with no fumes. i get so many compliments on my nails - more than any other mani i've had in the past. the space is so cute that has an area for refreshments that would be perfect for a girls day or even for a girls/tween birthday party. the location is awesome - heart of downtown with so many shops and restaurants nearby.

Made a reservation ahead for party of 4 since we were flying up to surprise a friend for her birthday. I was able to talk to Kelly and she made the reservation for me, she was friendly service & accommodating & I received confirmations via text. I chose this lace because all other mail places have the spa keys which are not hygienic, I specifically chose this place for the chais WTH the sinks. The place is tucked in back of plaza so it's a little tricky to find on the shops. Upon entering, the place was beautifully decorated, welcoming & clean. Each technician paid attention to detail and we loved the Napa Valley Gel pedicures. My pedicure has lasted and still looks new. Definitely will return , so happy we found this place.
