I'd been putting off cleaning the carpet, just timing. Last minute call to get it done asap, responded to my message within 30min and had appointment set for the next morning. He was here on time and did an extra room for me and very efficient. Took about 30min for our living room, hallway and kids room. Carpet looks great and price does not break the bank. Thank you Jose
