My hot water went out Sunday evening, I called Jeremiah at North Bay Water Heater Solutions and he had a brand new unit installed and running less than 24 hours later . Super professional from start to finish, worked efficiently, and gave us the best price by far compared to everyone else I checked. Getting this handled so quickly (especially after it failed on a weekend) was a huge relief. Highly recommend — won’t be calling anyone else next time. Thank you Jeremiah!
Found a leak in my water heater, and I figured it would likely take several days to even get an appointment. Called Jerimiah, and he offered to come out that morning!! I requested the next day (I had plans!). He came out when he said he would be there, assessed the need, went out and got the unit, and installed it that day. The quoted price included everything: Replacement parts (lines, valves, tubes, etc.) and even tax! I was most impressed with the quality of his work, and how important doing it right was to him. Could not recommend his service higher.
5 star service! He was there when he said he would be there. Assessed and repaired my hot water tank with quality parts. It was such a pleasure to work with him! I'll keep him on speed dial and let all of my neighbors know who to call. Thanks Jerimiah!
