Jim was fantastic - on time, efficient, and incredibly thorough. He removed several tough stains, and our carpets look and feel great. He really pays attention to the details. Highly recommend.

Can't express enough how grateful I am that the two previous companies that confirmed that they would come by to clean my carpets at my new home fell through so I could have the pleasure and joy of meeting Jim Graham. I was last minute. I needed it done late on Friday because the movers were coming the next morning....Jim took my call, changed his plans and came right over. Did I mention he did a 5 Star Job!!!! Friendly, fast, affordable. He arrived and got right to work. He cleaned the carpets quickly. My carpets look and feel great. Good prices were very fair for a basic clean. I'm very happy with the outcome
