My family has been going for over 10 years. We see Dr. Kerr and could not be happier with our experience. She is knowledgable, communicative, timely, and responsive. I have some eye complications and she is the best doctor I've worked with over 30 years. The office team work very well together; extremely efficient team. I've also worked with Angelica in the vision center for my glasses. She is knowledgeable, nice, and helpful. It is great to have her work so closely with my eye doctor. They work expediciously together and I appreciate that.

Angelica at Napa Eye is an absolute angel. I forgot my contact lenses while in town for work and she was able to get me two pairs of contacts to hold me over until I got back home. The staff here is incredibly helpful and caring. If they’re willing to go above and beyond for a complete stranger who will likely never be a patient, I can only imagine what they’ll be willing to do for the people under their care.

Angelica in the optometry department is an absolute saint. I am up in Napa for a work conference and I forgot my contacts at home. I called them in a panic first thing in the morning and they were able to get me a sample of my contact lenses within 30 minutes without charge. She was so incredibly helpful and caring. They went above and beyond for someone who isn't currently and isn't likely to ever be a patient, so I can only imagine how well their staff will take care of people who are patients of their office.
