Their services are okay, but they have messed up my appointment schedule multiple times. I arrive to do two services and they just say “Oh, we don’t have time for both, so you can only do one”. Or “We only had you down for one service, not both”. They also never charge the same amount for the same service. I’ve gotten the same service multiple times and every time is a different fee. I wish they paid more attention to detail with their scheduling and payments. Some people have to take off work for these things, then to find out you have to take more time off another day is extremely frustrating.

Susan George she is one of the best aestheticians in the Napa Valley. Emerald Skin Care, whenever I go in I am greeted by the receptionist. There is tea and water there for you while you wait, if needed. Susan will call you in with her soft calm voice. Her voice makes me feel welcomed. When you go into Susan's room, you hear her fountain going. There is soft music playing too it's so comfortable. Depending on the service you're getting each and every time I feel safe, comfortable and not judged (also the conversation is amazing too) that's a PLUS! Thank you Susan you are amazing at what you do!

Susan did a great job with eyebrow and lip wax and took extra precautions because I tend to break out. She also was meticulous about plucking anything left behind and even offered to extract a zit I had for no extra. It was a very relaxing experience would definitely come back for more services! Thank you!
