If you haven't tried adaptive resistance training yet, its a total game changer for efficiency and tracking progress. Beyond the tech, Len is a standout - the guy is incredibly knowlegeable and clrarly knows the ins and outs of fitness science. Highly recommend if you want to take your training to the next level.

There's truly no place like Club Tan! Len and Rhonda are absolutely amazing and make every visit a great experience! I've been coming here for years and I'm always so impressed by the quality of the tanning beds and the overall cleanliness. Even after moving about an hour away, I still make the drive because I haven't found another place that comes close to the level of quality Club Tan offers. They've definitely set the bar high!

Club Tan offers a great variety of beauty and wellness equipment, including a new red light therapy bed. I came in with severe back pain—it was difficult to walk, twist, bend, or even move comfortably. After just one session on the bed, I noticed a significant improvement and walked out feeling much better. I definitely recommend giving it a try!
