Great experience. Good had diarrhea from switching food and I called my primary vet who told me not vet service until Monday

Alley cat got me in and price was fair and treated my poor puppy

Thankful of this business for my fur baby as no way could I wait until Monday and the service was much better

I will be a long term customer

We love Alley Cat for their kind customer service. I won’t go anywhere else for the care of our cats. Recently one of our senior cats stopped eating or drinking water and the Vet here told me that cats will suffer quietly. It turns out she had end stage cancer. My normal response to take her home and have her on fluids till she died on her own. The Vet ( Dr. Salinas, one of the nicest people I have ever met and he is possibly a Saint ) didn’t tell me what to do, but did say that she may suffer more by prolonging her life and he truly was concerned for our precious cat’s well being. I decided to have her suffering ended with gentle and compassionate euthanasia after given several different treatment options, some of which would only prolong the inevitable. The staff at Alley Fat patiently waited while I called my family. I stayed in the room and got to talk to her and she was cozy and comfortable and I was surprised in how peacefully she was placed to rest. Of course our family is so sad with the loss of our cat, but the staff at Alley Cat made all the difference in the world in making us feel we made the right decision for the well being of our precious cat who gave us so much love for 15 years.
Everyone who works here from the techs to the front desk is extremely kind and friendly. You won’t feel rushed or placed on endless holds. Also they are very upfront with costs and their prices are reasonable and straight forward which sadly can be an issue because taking care of our loved pets financially isn’t always easy.

We have all our cats here now and we had our newest addition to the family Hansel vaccinated and neutered here.

We used alley cat for a few years with my old dog. When she was very old she had been suffering from home for a while and wasn’t eating or walking much so we brought her to the vet to be put down. She was very old and we were very sad and it was her time. But she hated the vet and so she put on a good show. Adrenaline is one hell of a drug. She seemed almost normal and they refused to put her down. We left and she collapsed in the parking lot never to walk again. I can never forgive Alley Cat for them not allowing my dog to be put to rest peacefully.

My partner took her dog here and I couldn’t help but notice how poor the customer service was. The blond lady up front was rude and blunt, made us feel like we were being a bother for coming to get care from this place. I thought I’d only see employees stretched this thin and so insensitive in fast food, because they’re not being paid much. But we dole out hundreds of dollars, I’d expect the customer service to match up with the prices. If this is what it’s like in the front, I can’t imagine what it’s like in the back.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m sure they genuinely want to help, but I can tell these guys are hella understaffed. I hope they get more hands on deck soon, these people look miserable and exhausted, makes me worry about how it made our dog feel cuz he picks up on emotions very easily.

We love Alley Cat for their kind customer service. I won't go anywhere else for the care of our cats. I decided to have her suffering ended with gentle and compassionate euthanasia after given several different treatment options. Given that my cat was 15 years old, life saving measures could potentially prolong suffering and even though I wanted my cat with me longer, I decided to go the route of euthanasia. Dr. Salina allowed me a moment to say good bye and spend some more time with my beloved cat and he also allowed me to stay as long as I needed during the compassionate euthanasia process. I was surprised to witness how peacefully our cat went into a dream like state and out of pain. There was zero judgement towards me for feeling like a bad cat Mom for having a cat with cancer and not realizing it until it was too late. I admit I felt guilty! Dr. Salinas was kind to tell me that it was the cancer and not me. I have taken all of our cats to Alley Cat and recently our new kitten, who is now almost one years old. The costs are all transparent and the care is phenomenal from the front desk staff, technicians, to ALL the doctors! Thank you so much Alley Cat hospitals. You are much needed here in Napa!

Both Dr. Salinas and Dr. Corsi have seen my cats and dogs. They are wonderful and so patient and gentle with my animals. Additionally, they seem to stagger appointments really well and I plan to switch my more anxious/reactive dog to them for her primary care because it's much more fear free than other hospitals I have been to.

My beloved cat went missing almost 3 weeks ago. When I found her I immediately called this hospital and asked if she could be seen ASAP. They had an appointment in 30 minutes and I said we would make it. I brought her in and the staff was super friendly. They took amazing care of my baby and ensured me that everything would be okay. I wish I remembered the name of the vet that we saw but he was kind and explained everything to me. I cannot recommend this place enough for your pet services. They will absolutely take care of you like family. 11/10 would recommend!

Really love this place. The vet took great care, didn’t do too many procedures to upsell. Highly recommend
