I called this business on September 24th and scheduled an appointment for the 30th to come do an estimate for a lot of work due to a flood. I sat at my house for the 2-hour time window that they gave me only to have them not show up and when I called them they put me on hold for 7 minutes. In that time I went to the better Business bureau and looked them up to find out that this is not the first time they've had issues with not showing up or not answering phone calls and when they came back on the line they told me I was not even on the schedule or have no idea about any appointment. I love my kitchen remodel from WestCoast Kitchen and Bath. They completely changed the functionality of my previous dysfunctional kitchen. They were always on time and so efficient and tidy! I couldn’t be happier!
