We had the most incredible experience with Urbane! We looked into a few places, but the second we walked through the door, we knew we wanted to go with Urbane. Everyone was beyond helpful and truly knowledgable about all things design. We had a fairly large project with laminate flooring, countertops, backsplash, and tile around the fireplace. The installation crew was utterly fantastic- so professional, respectful, and mindful that we had to live in the home through the reno- down to little details like prioritizing our daughter's rooms so they wouldn't be displaced for a single night. Urbane Flooring is always very professional and responsive! I have dealt with Virgil & Sarah when i first met them, and they made everything very easy-going. Fast forward to today, Danielle helped me and let me just say, SHE IS ON POINT! Very quick with her responses, and kind! I will most definitely refer people to them! Thank you guys!
Virgil and Sarah are the easiest people to work with. They truly listen and try to make your vision a reality. My flooring process was a bit of a challenge, but I couldn’t be happier with the results or how efficiently they worked to meet my time line.
