I love this place! I work out with Adam, he’s an awesome guy with a great attitude and good humor. Very positive and motivating, and is extremely knowledgeable of workouts and their mechanics, why they work and how to personalize them for my body type! I like the layout of this training gym too because it allows me to have my own space with my trainer even if other personal trainers are with their clients. The other trainers are all very friendly and knowledgable as well, and make it a comfortable place to work out. Highly recommend!

I have worked with a few trainer in my time but I have to say. I haven’t seen a trainer who really takes there time to show you every move and you ca n really tell he cares about his client. I would highly recommend Adam I just started with him but I am definitely can’t wait to see result
