Stephens Brothers built an ADU for us in our backyard. Although there were some delays (no fault of the contractor), they were very communicative during the whole process. I would recommend them for their work, communication and attention to detail when it comes to managing the project & subcontractors. We couldn't be more happy with this entire project from start to finish!
I highly recommend Stephens Brothers! Don't let those tattooed faces fool you these guys know what they are doing. We chose them based on the fact that during our estimate they knew the answers to all of our questions and concerns with building our ADU. There estimate also was one of the better ones as far as price and was more detailed then the others. The hardest part of the whole process was waiting on the city for approval and permitting which is out of there hands and they had communicated that with us and this would be the case. These guys have worked on several different flips for me, I always promise I will and I have yet to take the time to leave them a review! If you're in the market for a contractor who is all about integrity and workmanship, look no further! From drywall to concrete they have never let me down.
