Great customer service and products. We have a reverse osmosis system and a whole house filter. Both have been great and everyone who comes out to install/change filters has been polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend

I love the fact that scheduling the installation for our Nimbus RO was very easy. They gave us a real arrival window instead of a vague estimate, and the guy showed up right on the dot. He tucked all the water lines neatly under the sink so everything looks totally clean and hidden. Our morning coffee tastes so much richer now that the heavy chlorine flavor is completely gone. I really appreciate finding a local company that actually respects your time.

This was the best decision we made for our new house! The hard water here was ruining our glass shower doors in just weeks, leaving this awful white crust everywhere. I called So Cal Water Systems and they explained exactly why we needed a Fleck unit without talking down to me. The technician showed up right on time, walked me through the valve settings, and didn't leave a single piece of trash in the garage. Our soap lathers up right away now, and I don't have to scrub the bathrooms nearly as much. It just makes daily cleaning an absolute breeze.
