⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review for Garner Plumbing Co. – Technician: Mitchell Beers I want to take a moment to recognize Gardner Plumbing Co., and especially technician Mitchell Beers, for exceptional service and integrity. We were working through our home insurance after noticing a loud noise coming from our water heater and water collecting in the drain pan underneath. I even posted about it in a community Facebook group, and nearly everyone advised that the water heater likely needed to be replaced. GREAT Service . My technician was named Mitchell Beers. He came to do a automatic shut off vavle using the Moen shut off system that was requiredfor my house insurance. Came, he did a fantastic job. Explained to me how my system would work. Helped me download the app i needed for the system and helped me set it up. Fully explained to me how to use it and what to monitor l. Went above and beyond explaining it to were I understood it more then me just messing around with the app alone. Did a very clean job with installation. Couldnt have ask for anything better. Very polite and easy to talk to would recommend them to everyone.
Great experience with Gardner Plumbing company. Michael provided excellent service and was incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. His professionalism, patience, and attention to detail really stood out. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. I highly recommend this company and appreciate Michael’s outstanding work!
