My husband and I have called this place countless times. They'll respond to take your money, but not to give it back. We called within the 72 hours of our application to get our money back and they conveniently did not answer or respond to our voicemails. We got an email saying "we can't give it back, it's not within the 72 hour timeframe." Well, it was. It was within the timeframe. But they will not answer their phones. Total scam. I've tried calling countless times after to get my money back and can't get ahold of them. Voicemail after voicemail with my name and number. So convenient. Avoid at all costs, they have cheaper places with good leasing offices elsewhere. Horribly unprofessional. They didn't even get my husbands name or email correct in the email they sent us. I can't stress enough how much one should steer clear of this garbage place.

worst apartment ever no joke this is one of the worst experiences i've ever had in my life tracy the property manager is so rude!!! doesn't allow you to talk constantly talks over you has no sympathy for the tenants and their situations i paid rent on time every month and when i brang visitors to my place they gave me 30 day notice because apparently tenants can't have visitors and if they spend the night for holidays they have to be on the lease?!?! my family came over for holidays and also a death occurred in my family and they kept passing me out 30 day notices and eviction threats they constantly give out 30 day notices for no reason they have people smoking weed in the complex and say it's a non smoking facility tracy and bree is the absolute worst the most rude and obnoxious people ever and they are prejudiced on certain tenants and also have very bad attitudes if i can give negative 10 stars i would but i'm moving out soon so hopefully i'll never have to deal with this again in my next place and please waterstone employees dont reply to this review expressing your condolences we know based on the reviews you all have no experience in running an apartment complex

I've been living here a while now and I there are many things in this apartment complex that are unfulfilling as a tenant here. Let's start off with the outdoor lighting many of the fixtures on the exterior are broken and the lights are not working or flashing like a club. Car port lights do not work leaving your car in darkness when you get home. The streets have pot holes and have been repaired that continue to occur. The amount of water shed from the irrigation system that is faulty that stays on for hours just wasting water. The trash valet service is a waste of money. They will find any excuse not to take out your trash. It has to be in a bin and tied and outside between the hours of so and so and then they don't even operate seven days a week. I'd rather take out my own trash which I do. The admin staff is not up to snuff as I knowing how to accept forms of payments for rent. Further more the turnover of this property for managers is astonishing every time I go in the office there's someone new. The pool area near was closed a good portion of the summer here, with no reason why only that it's locked. Can't do much about the neighbors. The office is the first line of checking these people out. Our neighbor below hit the car next to it and didn't say anything I had to let the owner of the car know. On top of that I hear what to me is sex noises coming from across my apartment. The dog park is in a sad state hasn't changed in years. All in all this place is overpriced for the stress of poor Management a maintenance crew that does not do preventative maintenance and a trash service that is a waste of money to me. Maybe to others it works for me it does not.
