I want to give a huge shout out to Alejandra the office manager on staff! She is truly a life saver and helped me get some test results asap! She was able to work her magic and help me out so quickly/efficiently. She was very understanding and caring. I don’t know what I would’ve done without her! Highly recommend this clinic and can’t wait to return!
I've been coming here for a while and I have to say, the improvements lately are noticeable. The front desk is much more organized, and they actually answer the phone/messages quickly now. Scheduling is a breeze compared to how it used to be. Great job to the team for stepping it up!
Finally found a clinic that respects my time! I love that I can just text them to schedule an appointment instead of waiting on hold. The staff at Murrieta Primary Care is super responsive and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone with a busy schedule
