I first acquired services from Bianca about 3 years ago and from the very beginning, it was and has continued to be red carpet service. I’m always greeted like I’m top-tier client, offers whatever I need to make myself comfortable. There are no people, just walking in while I am having my salon experience, so I can let my guard down and lay out the vision of what I truly want done to my hair. Bianca has been working and growing my hair for a long time, and even when school and travel took me out of my hair routine, Bianca always brought my hair care back on track.

Bianca was very communicative throughout the entire process, from booking to the appointment. She arrived on time and got started right away. She offered snacks and we got to watch some really good tv and had great conversation during my appointment. She continued to ask me what I wanted, making sure that my wants and needs were met. Her studio is so cute! I love my hair as well. She did a two part sew in. Was very careful with my tender head! Will book with her again.
