I hurt my plantar fascia playing pickleball yesterday and Patrice got me in the next day. She did cryotherapy on my foot and retaped it with KT tape after, feels great! Very friendly, I would recommend to anyone with acute injuries.

This place is absolutely amazing. So many different services and Patrice is an absolute gem.

I have been frequently coming to see Patrice with all my pain that comes with being athletic and bodybuilding, I come in pain and I leave in more pain but it's good pain in two days all my knots are gone I highly recommend getting these therapies done if you do any kind of athletic activities or if you just work hard around the house.

If I could give this business 10 stars I would. My son who is a Soccer player came here to try and fix an ailing Hamstring in short time before the season starts. The service was impeccable and to add to that we had practice one evening and wanted to have our son do a session last minute. Practice ends at almost closing time and we thought we would not be able to. We called hoping that they were still open. And although they closed at 7, she agreed to stay past closing to fit our son. She didn't have to do that and I can't express how much we appreciated that she stayed for us. This type of service is rare now a days and when you find it, you are proud to support with your hard earned money. We will continue to visit this awesome business and send as many people as we know here.

You did infact mumble that you were in an appointment. You said nothing about a client. And when I said I was driving I asked if you can make the appt for me since online it clearly states to call or book online. And instead of trying to obtain a new customer you chose to tell me what it “specifically” says online. Im glad your calls are recorded. Go back and listen to your extremely rude tone. Even my child in the car that heard you on speaker asked “why does she sound mad” I’m sure you have lots of customers but word of mouth is huge and GOOD customer service is important. Based on other reviews, being rude is the norm at your facility. Have a great day.

If I could give zero I would. Website states an age group of “student age 13-18” for a specific price and then there’s the regular price. Thinking it’s an age range for a reason, I call in to ask which one I would select for my 11 year old. I also noticed that it says online that I can Call to book: so after the rude woman said “uh… student” like I’m an idiot she says “guess we should fix that” in a disgusted tone. I then ask to make an appt and she says I have to go online because she is busy in her appointment and “it’s specifically instructs to do so online” (it does not) I was offended by her rude tone so I said I will just go elsewhere because clearly I was bothering her and she said “ok” and hung up. Absolutely rude and will make sure everyone knows their incredibly poor customer service!

Can’t recommend enough, money well spent! I took my tween daughter here for local cryotherapy for tendinitis. Patrice was bubbly, funny and really cared about our experience and filled with knowledge. I’ll look forward to the next time we go back.

This company continues to use this video of a cruel environment to promote money for themselves. They clearly have no concerns about animal welfare and their only motivation is money. Shameful. The Copenhagen Zoo in Denmark has been criticized for the treatment of its polar bears, including concerns about the safety of the animals and the suitability of their enclosure: Safety In March 2023, a four-year-old polar bear named Imaq was electrocuted after breaking into an electricity cabinet. Some say this incident raises questions about the zoo's ability to keep polar bears safely. Enclosure The zoo's polar bear enclosure has been criticized for being too small. Some say the enclosure only meets the Manitoba standard for land area, which is 500 square meters for one or two polar bears. Bear Conservation recommends a minimum of 1 acre per bear, and ideally 2 acres per bear. I came in for a cupping appointment on 9/3/2024 at 2 p.m. There was only one person working and I was shocked by how rude she was. She was very short with me and acted like I was wasting her time with my questions. I told her it was my first time doing cupping and tried to get some information/advice/aftercare from her, and again she acted like I was wasting her time and she didn’t give me any information. Overall a really bad experience. I will not be returning even though I still have a gift certificate.
