Top quality care from Florintino. So helpful he assisted me through triage, ex ray and into see dr. He even went and got me a wheelchair as he could see it was hard for me to walk. He was in urgent care dept on a busy Sunday.
The last review was so many years ago. I wanted to make an update. Recent experiences have been good. They've gotten better at getting people in and out. The staff have been very friendly and helpful.
Reema met my wife and I at the door and helped us with our check in process as well as how to work the app. She showed us where and what to do. Thank you for the wonderful care you all provide here at Kaiser. Ps: give her a raise she deserves it Bea administered the vaccinations and it was like air hit our arms. Please give her a raise as well Kaiser has upped their game well done
