This was my first time visiting Haute Nails after I was recommended by a friend! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. I got a gel builder set for my birthday and had a design in mind that I wanted! Anne and Jimmy both worked on my nails and they came out so PERFECTLY 😍 obsessed with them! I definitely recommend Haute Nails if you're looking for a new nail salon!
By far, the best nail salon in Murrieta and Temecula. The service is always amazing. The staff are always sweet and kind and are able to get you in as quick as they can. I’ve gotten my last eight sets here and they always do an amazing job!!
I called the nail shop today and asked if someone would be able to fix my nail because one of the nails had chipped within about three days of me getting it done. The woman on the phone asked me what time I could get there, I told her about 20 mins. She confirmed and informed me that it was fine to come. Tell me why I get there and she then told me I took too long so the person is no longer available to do my nails at the moment. Mind you I got there within the timeframe we agreed on. She proceeds to ask me if I can come back later or tomorrow. Meanwhile, I live in Canyon Lake and drove out there when she confirmed that there was availability.
