My experience started off really good. Easy telemedicine appointments and someone at the front office was always easy to get a hold off. Fast forward to a year later, it's impossible to get a hold of anyone, no one is really paying attention to your health, everything feels rushed and sloppy.

Well after waiting for 3 days for prior authorization they went ahead and cancelled my prescription! Not to mention you can't get a hold of anyone..

This is my regular DR’s office but my first time seeing DR Tiffany Kaufman. She was very nice & engaging. She listened to my issues & acted on all of them. It’s already nerve wracking enough to have to go see a DR or go to a hospital but she made me feel at ease. Thank you for being such a kind person.

No one answers the phones. I cannot understand the lady with a heavy accent that eventually calls back. I have been with Dr. Phillips since I moved to this area 11 years ago, they used to answer calls. I used to be able to get in for an appointment. Now I cannot get an appointment unless it is 2 months out. I am really considering changing doctors.

I’ve only seen Traci Dyer a couple times but she’s the get it done type and I love that. She’s done so much for me in the short time we’ve been together. The staff are always kind and helpful. Couldn’t be happier with the experience.

This was my first visit to this doctor. Dr. Phillips was running late but apologized about it and gave me ample time to listen and discuss my issues. I was impressed by her as well as her front desk people.

Grace Family Health has been a GODSEND! I know I am SEEN and LISTENED to and genuinely CARED about!❤️ Their expert utilization of technology to schedule and communicate with them is SOOO convenient! My Dr., Dr Traci Dyer, is the best of the best on every sense of the word. When others gave up on me, she was there - PRESENT - and has used her wisdom and knowledge to give me the BEST medical care I've EVER had - notably, since I moved to this area in 1998. God BLESS her, Amber (a WONDERFUL Medical Assistant, and the entire staff at this blessing-of-a-medical practise.??? I am almost 60 years old...and was starting to honestly believe that there wasn't much help or care that I could ever truly even HOPE for... but I'm so GRATEFUL that I was wrong!!! The Lord was so kind to provide such a wonderful Provider and such a beautiful facility. I am forever thankful....
