Updated: 4.10.2026 - I broke one of my nails while I was on a trip. Smashed my luggage on one nail. I called to get an appointment and Jimmy got me in right away, fixed it perfectly. You all, I don’t do many reviews, and I hate getting my nails done. This is by far the BEST customer service I have EVER had. So much so it compelled me to update my review. 10 out of 10 thanks to Jimmy.
I go to Salon O to get my hair done and stopped in at 6:45 pm. Jimmy took me anyways without an appointment. I showed him a pic of what I wanted and he assured me he could do it. He confirmed the price before we went forward. This is the first time since I moved to Menifee... read full review

I’ve always had a great experience here. The service is consistently excellent, my nails always turn out exactly how I want them, and the pedicures are amazing. I’ve been coming here for a while and the prices are great too. Thank you!

I am so GRATEFUL for Jimmy & Nikki! I've been coming to them for 4 years now. My main tech is Nikki. She is such a sweetheart and her quality of work is excellent. She goes above and beyond to make my vision a reality. Everywhere I go people compliment my nails!! I give full credit to Nikki, she is an artist! My nails are never brittle and are healthy underneath! 10/10 recommend :)
