I like that the stylists ask my child questions on the preferred cut, length, etc...and they actually execute that feedback! My teen loves coming here; he tried a different shop, and decided to return to this location.

Do not go to Tina. She barely spent anytime cutting my hair. My mother could have done the same thing she did. I can't speak for anyone else.

I went there for hair wash and blow dry and the person was attending me does not know how to do beach waves style and she didn’t even wash my hair good after the style done when I touched my hair it’s feel really dry sticky and itchy and I didn’t even use hair spray but still it’s feel weird when I touch my hair and when I asked her the reason behind it she is saying because it’s still wet lol how is it still wet when you did blow dry

Well where to start, I made an appointment to get root touch up and highlights wasn’t too convinced about highlights because I’m a little too picky, didn’t think they would come out right, my appointment was with Cara, knowledgeable, caring, professional and super friendly, I explained to her what I had in mind and showed her a picture of what I wanted, she listened to me with no rush and she got to work. I loved loved my highlights!! Thank you Cara so much I will definitely keep going back.

First time having service here and the experience was not pleasant whatsoever. I made appointment for a touch up of color on my roots and it was NOT done professionally nor correct. Tone missed many areas and added color in blotches. I could tell instantly she did not know what she was doing regardless of the 40 years she claimed to be a stylist. There was no personal customer service and maybe I should not have expected that from this type of salon. I am definitely use to high end salons which this is not. So shame on me for expecting more. As she is washing my hair water is all over my face and down my back. I just wanted to run at that point. After wash I thought she would blow dry, but she said I have to pay extra to dry my hair. She did cut for an additional 28.00 and charged me 65.00 for touch up. I found a lot of my gray showing since she didn't touch up correctly. She then added color again in all the areas she missed. This truly was the worst experience going to a salon. She made a comment if my hair was blonde, I wouldn't notice the gray. OMG After the 2nd wash I towel dried my own hair, paid and ran out as fast as possible. NEVER AGAIN. I later went to another salon to have it done professionally.
