Aiden came out same day and installed a ceiling fan, where there was none previously. He was very professional, explained our options considering how our walls/studs were laid out, installed it flawlessly, and even cleaned up after himself. Pricing was as quoted. Great experience. I expect to use them again.

Highly recommend David D. at Direct Electric Company! He was incredibly professional and patient while walking me through all of my options for a whole house fan and attic fan. What really stood out was his communication. He returned calls very promptly before the installation, and his customer service didn't stop once the job was done. When I called with a post-installation concern about a creaking sound, he followed up right away to make sure everything was correct (it turned out to be a non-issue). It’s rare to find that level of responsiveness and after-care. Truly appreciated his help!

David arrived within the specified time, did a quick assessment of my electrical panel and his recommendations lined up with mine. He performed the installation promptly and also within his estimated time. After completing the job he cleaned the surrounding and helped me setup the app to make sure the settings (60 amp breaker) was setup correctly on the EV app. Great job. Very professional.
