Thank goodness for Sam, from BIG ORANGE PLUMBING Company. It was refreshing to have finally found a professional craftsman, who cared about the quality of the job he did, and satisfying his customer. He explained what the problem was and what he was going to do to remedy the situation, and that’s exactly what he did. I highly recommend Big Orange Plumbing, and particularly Sam.
Needed a diagnosis and estimate for a water heater that burst. Their technician Sam was very helpful, insightful, and caring to our needs. I felt that he put our interests first. Hope to work with him throughout the replacement process.
We had James from Orange pluming put in a new garbage disposal today, and he is the utmost professional plumber. He first checked to ensure it could not be easily fixed, and then quickly installed a new unit. He also tightened all the plumbing under the sink, left us the manual with warranty, and kindly looked at something else for a minute that was not on the order. Highly recommend this company.
