Thank you Big B’s plumbing They Fixed a leak in my ceiling today after 2 other companies came out. First company said we dont have a leak and then turned my water back on and left. Now I probably have $10000 worrh of water damage to my ceiling. Second said no access to leak without cutting into ceiling and that he wasnt going to do that, And that i need to call my home insurance company amd have the restoration company come in and it would be about $10,000 or more to fix. Then i called Big B’s out. The plimber showed up jumped into my ceiling and said, that he found my leak and within 10 minutes he had the leak fixed. 100 stars to you guys. Thank you for your speedy response and quick resolution to my leak. You gained a loyal customer today. Ryan was my tech and he deserves recognition for his service today. Thank you again Ryan.
