I got my babys ears pierced (5 months) with Lisa, she was amazing! Explained everything from start to finnish, was able to anticipate my babys reaction so that i knew what to expect and handled it perfectly! Super sweet and made the experience great! Even the day after we got the done family members were pleasently suprised that her ears were not red or swollen. We went about two weeks ago to get them done and yesterday at bedtime one of her earrings got caught in her hair and came out, thanks to Lisa i knew exactly what to do to save the piercing from closing up. Lisa was absolutely amazing. I went into the shop with my 3 year old who’s been begging to get her ears pierced for over a year now. Of course, in 3 year old fashion, we get there and she’s losing it! Lisa reassured us every step of the way, and even let us take some time in the room to get my daughter used to the environment. Once my daughter was ready, the actual piercing of the lobes was quick and easy. She went at my daughter’s pace and even though she was screaming bloody murder by the end of it, Lisa kept her cool. 100% would recommend her and I will absolutely come to her again.
Lisa is my piercing lady!!! I have gone to her for absolutely all my piercings she is so kind so amazing (and always has great deals)! Shes so patient even when I am so anxious about getting my poked, she will make anyone feel safe
