Good communication when I arrived. Nurse took my vitals and then failed to record them. Vitals were taken again when I saw a doctor 2 hours later. The wait is the worse part. Employees were doing the best they could .
I had a tick where I couldn't reach it. I had a reasonable wait (3hrs) and the Dr was able to remove it. However, she was not aware of the most recent recommendations for treatment. I wanted the tick so I could test it for infections. I got it, but she put it in saline solution which is the wrong way to preserve biological samples and may have destroyed the DNA of any infections that might have been present.
The waiting time was a bit too long. Cannot really predict when to be called in even was told the approx.timeline to wait. Recommended to text the patient ahead of time i.e. 10-30 min before actual time of calling them in.
