My experience was really great. I went to see about a gash I got on my finger from cutting it on glass. The receptionist greeted me and was very friendly. I was seen by Dr. Toor and he was kind and attentive. The nurse was also really great too. She cleaned my wound and was very gentle and careful. Would definitely recommend coming here for your urgent care needs.
Good facilities, they look clean and I loved that they have a TV with movies for children (this because of the long waiting times).
I went with my son because he had a swollen and sore throat with pain, cough and cold, and they did not prescribe anything for pain or swollen throat, they only told me verbally that I could buy medicine over the counter (nothing recommended).
I lost time here for over the counter recommendations that I already took and didn't work. If we came to the physician is because we need some medicine not over the counter!
I had 3 visits here recently and I've left each time so grateful for their efficiency and professionalism. Doctors and physician assistants alike deliver outstanding care here. Dr. Linker and Dr. Jung provided timely diagnoses and medication that helped me avoid more serious illnesses. And Ana the physician assistant helped rule out serious conditions; her treatment and prescriptions immediately helped me get better. Finally, the nursing and lobby staff were all so courteous, helpful and gracious to me. Thank you again!
