I had a broken rail on my top freezer basket and the two guys arrived exactly on time, and not only fixed the broken rail, but also looked at the other and fixed it as well. Done in about 35 mins. I was 100% thrilled, and recommend them to anyone. Great job!!!!
Our Subzero refrigerator stopped cooling and food got wasted too soon. I called a few businesses, and decided to work with Eli because he could diagnose the issue over the phone after asking a couple of questions.
He came on time, replaced the parts that ordered in advance. And the refrigerator works great!
Eli is very professional, friendly and has great communication skills - explaining us what broke and how we should maintain it moving forward.
And the best part, he cleaned all the mess after repair. I won't hesitate to call him again if I need a repair service.
I called Spark Appliance Repair after reading the fantastic reviews. My KitchenAid oven was no longer heating up. Elsevar was fantastic! He showed up, determined that the part was no longer available, but knew of a place in San Jose that sells older parts, went and got the part and several hours later, replaced it and the oven is working great!
Unlike many, his fee of $85 for a service call was applied to the job and the total cost for repair was reasonable. And...I don't need to buy a new oven.
