The doctor sent them order several times, they never followed up. I tried calling them up, they never picked and never followed up on the voice messages I left.

After about a month I then went there in person to see what's going on and they said they hadn't received the order because perhaps their technicians or authorization department hadn't followed up. I am still waiting.
