Dr. Kirby Tran is one of the best Gyno/Oby doctor! Extremely experienced, patience, caring, planning, explaining and prepared what to expect. My wife has gestational diabetes was out of control and Dr. Tran was very concerned the size of the baby. She immediately scheduled an ultrasound and it was about 9lbs, a very big baby. Dr. Tran immediately requested my wife to be checked into hospital to be induced the pregnancy already 38weeks considered full term. My wife cervix was not opening, and she performed a c-section. Dr. Tran and her staff are amazing! I actually go the office in San Jose and work with Dolores and Cheryl too and they are always so delighted to see you and are very thorough and professional. I had my son last year and worked with Dr. Tran the whole way through with all of my check up appts and the delivery. She has excellent bedside manner and was always gentle. She is also super experienced and comprehensive. I also suffer from anxiety and depression which is very well managed, but even so, she was certain to ensure every visit that my mental health was remaining stable and after baby, she wanted to ensure I had the resources for post-part depression if needed. I am seeing Dr. Tran in the San Jose office for my third pregnancy. She was my OB with my second daughter 3 years before and was really happy to have her as my doctor after Dr. Capulong retired. I love her bedside manner and my appointments never feel rushed. I had a great experience with her delivering my daughter and am excited for my baby boy this time around.
