My son and I tried to switch out a Flushmate replacement for the toilet in our condo. We tried to turn off the water from the wall, but were unsuccessful. We thought that we could replace the unit quickly, but there were many roadblocks in our way (including the company sending us a broken part. We finally got it in the toilet the hooked up the water, only to find out that the new unit leaked. In desperation, we decided to call a plumber. My son called one, and they couldn't seem to come out right away. We then called Just-in-Time and Justin answered the phone, asked a lot of questions, and asked for a video of the problem. He quoted a price and was at our place within 10 minutes. We had been bailing water for over 3 hours. He came in and miraculously stopped the flow. He suggested that the shutoff valve needed to be replaced, but couldn't do it until the water to the unit was shut off. We spent over 1 hour with the HOA, was told that it could be, then after numerous holds, told us that Justin had to do it. Meanwhile, he took apart the Flushmate, found the leak and fixed it. He went to the basement and decided that it was not in his favor to shut off the water to the whole building. He then came and hooked up the water to our new tank, and it worked perfectly! He stayed to make sure that it did. I highly recommend him and will definitely call him in the future. He was our hero!
I called Justin yesterday as two of my bathrooms suddenly had low to no flow. He was busy and could not come but he suggested a few things I could try by myself. He worked with me over text to help me identify the problem and fix it. 5* service. Highly recommend him.
