Our dog Zephyr loves going there. The first time she was a little hesitant and had never been to a dog daycare but after being there one day she gets excited when we pull into the parking lot and has a great time. After a day there she comes home tired and sleeps through the night even though she's still an active puppy. So it's great for her to get some exercise and socialization too. Great experience.
We had an extended vacation and left our two cats in the capable hands of this pet sitting service. The daily updates and photos they provided were a nice touch. Our cats were content, and we returned to happy, healthy pets. The service was of great quality, and the cost was more than reasonable. We'll be repeat customers for sure!
We found the #1 doggie daycare in California! We recently moved across country from Philadelphia and looked at every doggy daycare/day/pack adventures in the Bay Area and nothing compares to PTSM. Our Shiba Inu loves her "home" away from home and always runs into daycare without a second look back. From the moment we reached out to Tommy, he was very communicative and accommodating. He even got our dog to eat on a normal schedule (all you Shibe owners will understand), which no daycare has done before. The entire staff is amazing and truly loves looking after our dogs. We've interacted with just about everyone and we get daily photos/videos of our dog playing from Christina, Amy, and Manolo. We also use their dog transportation services and yes, our girl loves hanging out with Troy in the "bark bus." One thing we noticed right away is the facilities are so clean and there are comfy beds, blankets, toys for the dogs. A big bonus is they have a door that leads to an outdoor space and our Shibe loves to sunbathe outside. There is nowhere else we will send our dog unless they replicate PSTM - thank you to the best crew! FYI, they did have a waitlist but we were accepted soon after so if you're interested in having your dog join their pack, definitely contact Tommy/PSTM early!
