Always a pleasure to deal with optical technician Angie Pham. She is a wonderful asset and always provides thorough insight and enough time to perfect my new eyeglass prescription.
Everything at the Optical Center at Kaiser Mountain View was fantastic, including expert advice on what kind of glasses to get and thorough, helpful explanations of what the prescriptions mean. Everyone was warm and caring, and Angie, my optical dispenser, and Dr. Zhou, my optometrist, were wonderful!
I happened to walk by Kaiser Mountain View on my way to a different optical shop and was happy to find that it is open to non-Kaiser shoppers. The department had a very good selection of frames and there were plenty of friendly technicians available for questions. One laid out costs for some frames that I liked and it was comparable to what I would pay at a VSP shop. I also visited the Santa Clara office where service required a short wait, but was also good. Now I am waiting for delivery of my new glasses!
