If you're looking for a wonderfully easy rental experience, I strongly encourage everyone to work with Angela and Kelly. I rented a home for 2.5 years and loved every minute of it. Working with Angela and Kelly was extremely easy; they were easy to reach regarding any issues at the home (which were almost none), and were very flexible and understanding during the move in/move out process. I have never had property managers as communicative and accessible as them. Strongly recommend!

I was a tenant for two years, renting a property managed by Silicon Valley Heights. We really enjoyed our time there, Angela and Kelly were very helpful and very responsive whenever we had an issue at the unit.

Angela and her team were super great to work with! We rented a property in Santa Clara and she was very responsive not only when scheduling the tour, but also throughout our entire lease whenever we needed anything, and during our move-out. Whenever we needed repairs or had an issue with the property, she responded quickly and sent someone ASAP to get things fixed. She would even reply after hours, that is when you know she truly cares. Another thing worth mentioning is that she's very fair. You always hear about those rumors where property management companies and landlords will take as much of the deposit as possible, but that was not the case. I got my full deposit...read full review
