Just received my order and the only thing I would suggest is to put containers in a box instead of mailing envelopes. The Kendra Volume Spray bottles had a few dents in them. I'm sure they will work fine since they are mine but would not want to resale with them on the cans. Thank you

Pretty sure they are violating fire code with all the boxes in the aisles. Trying to find items is like going through a maze and don't even think of asking the owner for help because she is incredibly rude!

Something has happened to this place. I've been coming here for years because the selection is good and the people who worked here were nice. Not anymore! I think there was a change in ownership and the people who work here now are different. The manager is actually surly - answers my questions but acts resentful. And I'm saying this based on multiple visits. Usually, she's the only person working. But during my last visit, there were 2 other employees and they were very busy, checking in a shipment of products. I got the usual brusque attitude from the manager and bought my product, but found that I was charged twice the sales tax! Since I spent $29 on... read full review
