From the very beginning, Ilay stood out because of how quickly he responded, how knowledgeable he was, and how reasonable and transparent the pricing felt compared to others we spoke with. One thing we really appreciated was how flexible the team was with the way we wanted to manage the project. We wanted to source and supply many of our own materials, and they were completely accommodating and collaborative throughout the process.

Our original timeline was January through May, but the project was actually completed in April, which honestly exceeded our expectations. The team showed up every single day and kept things moving at an impressive pace without sacrificing quality.

Ilay was incredibly communicative throughout the entire renovation. Even during stressful moments when we were pressed on timing, he constantly kept us updated and reassured us that everything was on track. That level of responsiveness and consistency made a huge difference for us.

We also want to give a shoutout to July and the rest of the team for helping us navigate city processes and permitting. They were proactive in following up and helped us get prompt responses, which really helped keep momentum going.

Overall, the quality of work and speed of execution were amazing. Everyone we interacted with on the crew was friendly, respectful, and hardworking. Renovations can be overwhelming, but this team made the experience feel organized and manageable from start to finish.
