I really wanted to have a positive experience with this office, given its convenient location near my home. On my initial visit, I was surprised to hear a diagnosis suggesting early signs of glaucoma, which led me to seek a second opinion. Fortunately, the specialist I consulted advised me to disregard that initial diagnosis. Unprofessional local business plain and simple.No one answered my phone calls or ever returned my messages. I essentially lost my warranty. Instead, I went to Costco and was much happier with costs and experience.

We were going to be new patients, our 1st appointment was rescheduled due to the Dr not being available, rescheduled appointment in the next month was rescheduled due to the Dr being sick, 3rd appointment in the following month was a go, we showed up for our appointments (daughter, husband, and myself) and we walked into a foul smell like a dirty fish tank without a tank.
