This was after 5pm on a Sunday and it was a hot day here in Gilroy so our AC was on while watching TV when certain rooms in our house lost electricity.We tried the fuses but nothing was working so we did a Google search to find some local 24 electricians. After a few unsuccessful conversations with other electricians we tried JT and Dirk answered and instead of trying to charge us over $400 like some of the others, he actually asked some questions and walked me through fixing a tripped breaker. He was very patient with me and I was able to send a photo and he saw the problem quickly and had me fix it. He was knowledgeable, kind and patient with me during this difficult time. I now know who to call and use when an electrical issue comes up or when we need some additional electrical work on our property.He is local and was extremely helpful! It's nice to know there are some trustworthy business owners in our community.Thank you Dirk! I truly appreciate you and your time!! We owe you some BBQ!

As a property manager, it's essential to find good vendors that provided quality service in a timely manner with GREAT communication on the way. As a property manager, I intend on using JT-Electric for all my electrical service calls. They are responsive, affordable, and know what they are doing. It's a relief as a property manager to finally have an electrician that I can trust.
