My brother referred me to Pelle as they completed HVAC system in his SJ home. Charles completed full furnace replacement in my home replacing a 30 year old furnace. I am so happy with my new furnace and works great as this type of work is so important to be done correctly. Such a huge difference from the old one. Charles reviewed all options on replacement models to make my decision easier and reviewed the process to replace. During replacement, he went through all the details on each step - gas, electrical, ductwork, thermostat operation, sealant, and safety features. Charles is super knowledgeable and the Pelle office staff was great to work with. Highly recommended.
Thank you so much Pelle. Charles came out on time, introduced himself, listened to my heater and said he thought he knew what was wrong. Came back the next day and did a through cleaning (took out the motor and fan) , Wow was I surprised to see the buildup of dog hair, lint and dirt!!!! He did a fabulous job, totally cleaned out the box then cleaned up everything. I have never had a repair man explain my heater to me. I am so blessed that I called Pelle and had this great company repair my furnace. God Bless you all and thank you again. I will be taking better care of my heater after Charles and his explanation of things that I can do to extend the life of my heater.
They do a great job educating you. I paid $180 or so and learned some things about my furnace and how to maintain it and excellent advice on how to keep my furnace in good shape in terms of the type of filter to use. I More of a sales call was expecting a technician and I got a bid for an a/c unit that I am not ready to replace.
