Very kind atmosphere! The assistant stylist did a trim on my hair and was very thorough in taking care of my needs. The owner was there also and was very sweet, offering all of us tea. Def recommend to anyone!

Kristen is superb in all aspects-warm, welcoming, attentive and most of all, in her artistic skill to cut hair. I am a Monterey gal who has lived in the UK for the last 25 years. I came home for my father's Celebration of Life and was unable to have my hair cut due to lock down in England. I researched salons-In Bloom was the only one to take a reservation without stipulation-of which I read many that would charge me if my flight was cancelled!With a hard week behind me and one ahead, I walked into this salon and warmly greeted.
