Our minivan had transmission problem while on short trip-vacation at Monterey. EZ Towing responded within the hour of AAA service call. They were prompt and cordial. They were able to tow the minivan back that evening to our home in the East Bay. At the end of the day and the long trip, the driver still had a smile and full of energy and cordial. If I can give these folks 10 stars, I will! Our car broke down in SoCal, and by chance, I saw Easy Towing at the gas station, and approached Naeem. Naeem is the kindest and most helpful tow truck driver you'll ever meet. I told him my situation, and he spoke with his boss, Jay - who owns Easy Towing. After finalizing our arrangements, Naeem towed our car back to our home in NorCal. Naeem and Jay has been very easy to work with. Thank you, Naeem and Jay. I recommend Easy Towing without any reservations. They are honest, and very easy to work with, and very helpful!
