We were on a family trip 7 hours from home and broke down on the side of the road with a toddler and baby in the car. Jose showed up within a 1/2 hour and picked up the part on his way. Great customer service. Thank you for saving our trip!
Terese at American Towing was unbelievably kind and respectful in helping my daughter with her car. It's always tough to be in an accident, getting t-boned on your way home from work and having your only mode of transportation totaled is bad enough, but then you have to deal with tow and storage of your car. It's challenging. Terese was truly the one good thing that came out of a bad situation. Terese treated my daughter kindly, explaining the process, arranging for her to get her belongings from her vehicle and just generally being a light in a pretty dark situation.
