My car needed to be at the dealership by 930 yesterday morning. Called Madison and beers towing at 8 AM, and they came to my house, loaded up my car, and got us to the dealership at exactly 9:30. Courteous, friendly, and humble. He tried to refuse the tip I offered him, but he could see I meant it, so rather than argue he excepted it. Thank you so much!
I recently had my keys stolen and needed to have my car towed to the hotel I was staying at. I called my insurance company and since I don't have towing on my policy, they offered to organize a tow but I'd have to pay. I agreed but after 20 minutes found the cost for the towing they were organizing was out of line. We then started calling local towing companies. When I got Brian on the phone at Matteson and Beers, he was amazing. He recommended other less costly options but they would have required leaving my car where it was over night and I didn't want to do that knowing someone had my keys. Today my BMW stalled--blocking a lane on Hwy 68 in the rain. My insurance roadside assistance said it will take 1.5 to 2 hours for the tow truck service. A local police officer contacted Matteson and Beers to get my car off the road asap. Boom problem solved!Brian of Matteson appeared within minutes and knew where to take me to the dealership for service. Everyone at BMW knows Brian. I got all the help I needed quickly. I am saving this company's contact info in my phone and this will be the first number I call for roadside assistance. Not sure how they have Beers in their name but I sure needed one when I got home lol after my car issue.
